GABRIELLA BEALE
It came as no surprise to Gabriella’s family when she decided to get into the real estate industry. With both of her parents having been realtors, her sister becoming a loan processor, and her two aunts taking on the roles as an underwriter and a real estate attorney, one could say she was born into it.
And while it may seem like she’s following in her family’s footsteps, her passion for real estate doesn’t just stem from her family. One thing she loves about real estate is the opportunity to help her clients through the challenging parts of their lives.
In addition, she loves the opportunity real estate provides for continued education. She loves to discover new information and recently, has been known to put her new knowledge to the test by checking out her crawlspace or attic to demystify home maintenance stories she may have stumbled upon.
Recently, Gabriella was featured in The Great Displacement to discuss the topic of Norfolk and flooding and has also been featured in the Virginian-Pilot to speak about the impact of flooding and the future in Hampton Roads.
When asked why she chose OWN, “I was looking for a company that provided more support. I was tired of having to spend so much time and money piecing together a support system for my business. And I wanted to find a company that focuses on our local community.”
Outside of real estate, Gabriella loves to plan elaborate themed parties, especially now that she has a new talent—balloon arches! In addition, she enjoys a good happy hour and loves exploring restaurants throughout Hampton Roads.
On the weekends, when she isn’t showing a house or working with a client, she spends most Saturdays cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies or the Old Dominion Monarchs with her college-sweetheart, James.
