GABRIELLE KADYLAK

A native of Binghamton, New York, Gabrielle moved to Virginia Beach in March of 2020, to finally join her husband who is in the Navy. They have been together for 12 years and have a three-year-old shorkie who is loved and spoiled. She studied at SUNY Binghamton and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. While her family is still in New York and she visits them as often as she can, they also enjoy coming to Coastal Virginia to visit Gabrielle for getaways. ⁠

Her favorite thing about Coastal Virginia is the beach. Growing up in a town with nothing but inches of snow and chilly weather for almost nine months out of the year taught her that she was meant to live near the water where the sun is always out and the temperature is usually high. During her last semester of college, she began to study to get her real estate license. She wanted to have a job where she knew she could travel in case her husband received orders somewhere new, and felt like being a real estate agent would be a great fit. Little did she know that it would become a huge passion! ⁠

All of her life, she’s wanted to help people grow, succeed, and simply make them happy. Being a real estate agent has shown her that she can do all of that for people and more. It has given her so many special relationships and let her build so many great connections. She’s looking forward to continuing that here in Coastal Virginia with OWN!
