GARETT DAVIDSON

Born and raised in Virginia, Garett Davidson has always called Coastal Virginia home. After attending Hampden-Sydney College, Garett spent several years in construction, specializing in countertop fabrication and installation. There, he discovered his love for client interaction and helping people bring their vision of “home” to life.

With firsthand experience in both the craftsmanship and customer service sides of the housing industry, Garett brings a practical, hands-on approach to real estate. His background gives him a unique perspective on what makes a house truly work for his clients, from design and quality to comfort and functionality.

Garett’s journey to real estate began when he and his wife, Haley, purchased their first home with the help of an OWN agent. That experience, alongside the mentorship and education OWN offers its agents, made it clear this was the perfect fit for the next chapter of his career.

A proud Virginia native, Garett has a deep appreciation for the region’s rich history and strong sense of community. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him exploring local historic sites, spending time with his wife and their dog, Psy, or enjoying everything that Coastal Virginia has to offer.
