GREG ZINIS

Greg was born and raised in picturesque Marquette, Michigan. After graduating from Ferris College of Pharmacy, he moved southward to Virginia Beach in 2009, where he has been an integral part of the community as a pharmacist. He married his wife, Ashley, in a beautiful ceremony at the Virginia Zoo in 2015. Together, they are proud parents of 3 sons and a daughter. His love for real estate began when he bought a home in 2010, which has served as both a long-term and short-term rental. During the pandemic downsizing in 2021, he took a voluntary year off to spend time with his growing family, during which he extensively researched real estate. Greg and Ashley ambitiously renovated their home in Norfolk’s Ocean View and developed a passion for all things related to real estate investing. After learning about the power of real estate, he decided to become an agent to assist other families in experiencing the joy of real estate. Greg and Ashley love living on the Chesapeake Bay, attending local festivals, and enjoying the fresh seafood available in the area. After obtaining his real estate license, he joined Own Real Estate because of the local team atmosphere that provides great mentoring, fosters growth, and strives to positively impact the local community.
