Growing up in Hampton Roads, formerly and preferably known to Rachel Beasley as Tidewater, and growing up as a carpenter’s daughter, Rachel has a unique expertise in land purchasing and a knack for not only new homes, but understanding what the house will look like before completion. So, when her husband, Jonathan Beasley, introduced her to the real estate industry, Rachel dove in without hesitation! With a strong passion and love for helping people find a home to live life and build memories in, Rachel looks forward to expanding her business and seeing what the next chapter of her career holds now that she is a part of the OWN family. “The OWN mission to bring value to others is in exact alignment with my own personal core value of wanting to make a personal impact on the world around me.
