If we had to sum up Richard Stocks in one word, it would be "dedicated." With over 21 years of service as a police officer, Richard has devoted himself to the well-being of our community. Transitioning to a new phase of his life, he still seeks to serve his neighbors, albeit in a different capacity. In real estate, Richard finds fulfillment not only in realizing his clients' dreams, but also in earning their trust as they embark on new chapters in their lives. He takes this responsibility seriously, committed to their aspirations and futures from the outset. Outside of work, Richard embraces all that Coastal Virginia has to offer! Whether that's enjoying time on the beach with his wife and family, coaching youth sports, or taking in the sights and scenes, Richard is all in!
