Samantha Janisch cannot imagine living elsewhere besides Coastal Virginia and North Carolina. To her, the best thing about living on the coast is the accessibility to the beaches and waterways. She also loves how much there is to do outdoors—and for Sam and her family, nothing is better! When Sam isn’t doing real estate, you can find her and her family hiking, enjoying the nature trails, and biking. They also love to visit the Outer Banks. And to Sam, the Outer Banks is a special place. It’s where she and her husband got married and where they recently purchased a beach home! So, as a homeowner herself, she understands the importance of a great real estate agent. After trying to hire a real estate agent to sell their home, Sam began to dive into the “ins and outs” of real estate. Shortly after, she signed herself up for the real estate course and hasn’t looked back since! She says, “Once I got started, I instantly knew this was what I was meant to be doing! Now, I help my friends and family buy, sell and invest in real estate.”
