TANIA DE LA TORRE PENA
Originally from North Carolina, the military brought her to Virginia. She's currently an active duty Marine, having served almost 6 years. Tania is happy to be back close to home and loves the East Coast and everything it has to offer - from taking advantage of the time spent with family to exploring and discovering all the nature and adventures that Virginia has to offer. When she's not doing that, she's spending time at the gym or going on a run to stay active.
Tania says that one of the best parts about being here is being able to experience every season in all the different landscapes that Virginia has to offer. From Cape Henry to Shenandoah National Park, she believes that there is something for everyone to explore here.
After purchasing her first home, she decided to get into real estate. She was excited to learn more about the processes and different moving parts. She understands that it can seem daunting to most people - and shew ants to make those processes as comprehensible as possible for her clients so they feel confident and informed in every decision that they make.
