TERRANCE BOYLE

Terrance is originally from a small Minnesota town called Stewartville and his humble beginnings make him very grateful for his life and help him have immense pride in his work. He has been in the Navy for 6.5 years as an Air Traffic Controller. He was deployed to Japan and spent three years traveling the world!

Some of Terrance’s favorite things to do are mostly outdoors. He loves camping, fishing, and hunting. He also loves to play golf and spend quality time around the fire.

Terrance was introduced to real estate about 2.5 years ago by a good friend and never looked back! He bought his first investment property in 2020 and decided to share his passion of real estate with as many people as he could. Terrance was introduced to OWN by our own Kyle Florio and was instantly attracted to our family atmosphere and how everybody is more than willing to help out their fellow agent.
