Stephanie Fountain brings a unique blend of creativity, dedication, and deep local roots to Coastal Virginia real estate. Raised in Hampton Roads since 1986, she has witnessed the region’s growth firsthand and loves how easily it balances business with nature. Her background is defined by a lifelong passion for service, beginning with six years in the U.S. Army (achieving the rank of E-5). Stephanie later spent over a decade building a successful day spa business with a team of 11 employees and even worked as a radio DJ, showcasing her natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Since taking a leap of faith into real estate in 2021, Stephanie has become a top-producing agent known for her authentic communication, persistence, and sharp negotiation skills. For her, real estate is about building wealth and helping clients move confidently into the next chapter of their lives. To serve her community beyond the transaction, she also obtained her NMLS license and pursued financial coaching education.
