GABRIELLA PALACIOS
Gabriella was born and raised right here in Hampton Roads. As a native to Virginia Beach, she returned after college to where she calls home. One of her favorite things about Coastal Virginia is the ability to enjoy both the beautiful beaches and bay as well as the trails and parks of the outdoors. "One day you can travel 70 miles offshore to enjoy the fishing and tranquility of the ocean and the next day you can adventure down the numerous trails through the State Parks."
Gabriella's family has lived and done business in Hampton Roads for decades where they have formed many long-lasting relationships along the way. While both commercial and residential real estate have been a part of the family realm, she has chosen to pursue a career down this path. Between the love she has developed for her hometown of Virginia Beach and the wide variety of knowledge and ties within the community she wants to help others plant new roots to experience Coastal Virginia in the best way possible. Whether it is buying or selling, flipping or investing, a stepping stone home or forever home, she looks forward to guiding each of her clients toward making the best decision for them.
In her spare time, Gabriella loves anything that sparks her artistic side! She loves interior design and decorating and could be a huge asset to you when staging your house to sell or envisioning yourself in a new space.
