FRANCES GERMANOS

Having been a licensed Realtor for half of her life, Frances Germanos loves nothing more than connecting people with the right homes. From the initial meeting to the closing table and beyond, she loves everything about the process. But one of her favorite parts about being a Realtor is the opportunity to create lasting and impactful relationships with her clients. Many of her clients have become lifelong friends and the greatest honor has been having had the pleasure of helping their children and relatives as well.  Referrals are key to her business!

A resident of Virginia Beach since she was four years old, Frances says, “There’s no better place to live! Outside of real estate, Frances enjoys time with her three incredible daughters—- “I get so much happiness from seeing each of them find their way in the world – they are all experienced in accomplishing things that they have been told can’t be done!"  An avid pet lover, she has worked with various rescue groups over the years to help pets find the right homes.
