FRANCES GERMANOS

Having been a licensed Realtor for half of her life, Frances Germanos loves nothing more than connecting people with the right homes. From the initial meeting to the closing table and beyond, she loves everything about the process. But one of her favorite parts about being a Realtor is the opportunity to create lasting and impactful relationships with her clients. Many of her clients have become lifelong friends and the greatest honor has been having had the pleasure of helping their children and relatives as well.

A resident of Virginia Beach since she was four years old, Frances says, “There’s no better place to live! Virginia Beach is so much more than just a beach town.” To her, it’s a place where she has watched it grow, change, and become the incredible community it is to date. And to Frances, community is key. Outside of real estate, Frances loves being a mom. She has three incredible daughters—- two grown and one is now finishing high school at the Governor’s School of the Arts and is in the process of applying to colleges! “I get so much happiness from seeing each of them find their way in the world – they are all experienced in accomplishing things that they have been told can’t be done!
