ADRIENNE PARKER

Born and raised in Chesapeake, VA, Adrienne is proud to call the Hampton Roads area my home. Now, she lives in Moyock, NC with my husband, Tim, and our spirited rescue pup, Birdie. Her journey into real estate follows a diverse career path, including time spent in finance, IT, and managing projects for a non-profit. Needless to say, customer service is in her DNA, and she loves helping people achieve their goals.

When she's not busy helping clients find their dream homes, you can usually find her planning my next adventure. Whether it’s grabbing tickets to a concert, diving into a festival, or getting a little more daring with activities like scuba diving, hang gliding, or skydiving—she lives for travel and new experiences. While she has a soft spot for the beach, she also enjoys a good mountain getaway when time permits. Luckily, living in Coastal VA/NC allows her to enjoy the best of both worlds—relaxing by the ocean or escaping to the mountains whenever she needs a change of scenery.

Real estate became her true career path at a pivotal point in her life, where she was seeking a career that blended her love for detail, helping others, and my entrepreneurial spirit. Once she became licensed, it was clear this was the perfect fit. Her husband, Tim, is a contractor, and together, they joke that they're just waiting for their big break on HGTV, with him renovating homes and her selling them.

Having personally navigated the home buying process—purchasing her first home at 19, selling it a few years later, and buying two more homes since—She's gained a deeper appreciation for this industry and the joy of helping clients through the same journey.
