A proud Virginia Beach native, Andrea Taylor brings deep local roots, strong academic experience, and a lifelong commitment to serving others into her work as a REALTOR®. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and a Master’s degree from Regent University, and she is also a dedicated business owner who has spent her career supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across the region.

Andrea’s passion for real estate grew from her own experiences buying and selling homes in Coastal Virginia. After seeing firsthand how homeownership can build stability and long-term wealth, she knew she wanted to help others achieve that same sense of security and opportunity, whether it’s their first home or their tenth.

Drawn to OWN Real Estate’s culture of professionalism, mentorship, and genuine care for clients, Andrea knew immediately that this was the right place to grow her business and serve her community.
