ASHLEY PSZCZOLA
Originally from the Cocoa Beach, Florida area, Ashley relocated to Virginia in 2012 after marrying her husband, who was stationed there. They initially lived in military housing in Norfolk for two years before purchasing their home in Chesapeake in 2016. Together, they have three sons: their oldest, 18, is attending Virginia Wesleyan University to play baseball next fall; their second oldest, 17, plans to study engineering at Old Dominion University; and their youngest, 10, aspires to be an astronaut. The family also has two spoiled Corgis who love to snuggle.
With her husband set to retire from the Navy in the spring of 2025, Ashley and her family are planning to make Virginia their forever home. One of her favorite things about Coastal Virginia is the wide array of activities available, whether locally or within a few hours' road trip. Having grown up in Central Florida, she appreciates the ease of traveling to many places in such a short time. A lover of travel, history, and the mountains, Ashley ensures her family visits the mountains at least once a year while also exploring the many historical landmarks in the area. She enjoys the festivals and events that regularly take place in Hampton Roads as well.
Ashley entered the real estate industry after realizing that a "normal" job wouldn’t fit with her family's needs, especially given her husband's military career. The flexibility of real estate allowed her to attend her children's extracurricular activities while still serving her clients. Licensed since June 2017, Ashley sold her first home just a month later and has since closed over 200 transactions. She finds great fulfillment in helping her clients buy and sell homes, making real estate not just a career, but a rewarding passion.
