BRANDON FOLSE
Brandon is a native of Mobile, AL and joined the Navy when he was 19. He has been serving our country for over 19 years and has lived all over the globe. He settled here in Hampton Roads in 2020, where he lives with his wife, Brandy, of 11 years.
Brandon decided to pursue a career in real estate when he realized he needed to think about what he would do after his time in the Navy came to an end. His long time friend, our agent Kevin O’Dea, was a huge influence in this decision and helped guide him. Kevin convinced Brandon that his “servant leader” approach that he has with his Sailors would directly transfer to real estate because it would better help him anticipate his clients’ needs and wants. Because his time in the Navy has had him move many times, he understands the stress that families can go through when moving into or out of a new area. We think he’s going to be a great asset to our military buyers/sellers here in Hampton Roads. He really wants to bring his experience to the table and make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible.
Brandon’s favorite thing about HRVA is the people. He has met so many great people while being stationed here, and he didn’t realize until he returned to HRVA how much he missed the friends he made while he was here over a decade ago. “Regardless of where you are in the world, it’s the people in your life that can make or break a place.” He also loves how Hampton Roads gives you that big-little city vibe, with so much to do.
