Brianna DiSilvestro Napolitano was born and raised in Virginia Beach, where her deep ties to the community and passion for people have always been central to who she is. As a second-generation member of a local family business that's proudly served Hampton Roads for over 32 years, Brianna learned early on the value of integrity, hard work, and putting people first.

A former student-athlete at James Madison University, Brianna returned home after graduation to continue supporting the family business, working across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Her local knowledge runs deep—and so does her love for this region.

For Brianna, real estate was a natural next step. After watching her family leverage real estate personally and professionally, she developed a lasting interest in the industry and purchased her first home in 2022. Now, she brings that firsthand experience, business acumen, and heart for helping others into her role as a licensed Realtor.
