BRUCE MCCOY

Bruce comes to us as a retired Navy Commander (26 years of service- wow!). Bruce and his wife Lisa are originally from New York, but have called Hampton Roads home for the past 32 years. They have two children, Logan and Brenna, and a Standard Schnauzer, Aiden.

Bruce loves Coastal VA because he is so close to the beach, yet not far from the mountains and close enough to visit family up north on weekends. He’s been here for so many years that he can’t think of any place he’d rather call home than Virginia Beach. The Navy brought them here years ago, they developed wonderful friendships here, and they fell in love with the Coastal VA environment.

After two careers in the Navy and in the corporate world, Bruce is ready to take this next step into real estate. His enthusiasm and interest in the real estate market led to this exciting 3rd career. Over the years, Bruce and his family have built and lived in 3 homes and they’re currently building a 4th home, a log home! Every time they have worked with a real estate agent, that agent knew exactly what they wanted, guided them through the entire process, and delivered on selling an existing home and/or buying a new home. He knew he could do that, too! He’s very excited to work with new and previous clients to help them find their dream homes when they’re ready!
