CHAD CRIST
Originally from Medford, Oregon, Chad’s journey led him from his Pacific Northwest roots to a distinguished 15-year career in the United States Navy. After traveling the globe and serving on numerous deployments, he eventually found his way to San Diego, where he met his wonderful wife. Now happily settled in Virginia, Chad has fallen in love with the local community. He describes Virginia’s community as “the perfect mix of Kentucky charm and West Coast energy”. When he isn’t helping clients, you can find him soaking up the area’s rich history or heading to the beach with friends and family for some fishing and a local pizza.
Chad’s transition into real estate was fueled by a genuine passion for people and a desire to guide others through one of life’s most significant milestones. Having navigated the home-buying process himself and assisted fellow service members for years, he recognized a true calling for the industry. Chad chose to join the OWN team because of its incredible culture and commitment to its people.
