Dusty and Tracy Thayer have always been entrepreneurial minded, and real estate provided a door to unlimited exciting opportunities. Dusty is true local, born and raised in Chesapeake, and Tracy has been enjoying Hampton Roads for over 20 years. They love spending time with all 4 of our daughters and keep their faith at the center of everything they do.
