While St. Thomas, USVI will forever be Frank Dalmida’s first home, today, he calls Hampton Roads his forever home. Hampton Roads is not only where his wife is from, but it’s also where both he and his wife live and raise their two daughters, Melina and Jordyn.

And while he has many reasons to love Coastal Virginia, Frank loves the opportunity COVA presents to visit the ocean and mountain on the same day. He also loves the many hidden gems that can be found throughout the 757—including the many incredible homes available for future homeowners.

Navigating real estate can often be tricky, but Frank finds joy in guiding his clients to the closing table and making the experience as smooth and memorable as possible. He also recognizes the importance of being surrounded by a group of people who are always ready to cheer you on—and to him, that’s what OWN provides.

Outside of real estate, Frank and his family can be found enjoying the many local bike trails, consuming chocolate ice cream together, or visiting one of their favorite pizza shops!
