JAIME BORLAND

Jaime Borland brings a unique blend of leadership, service, and real-world experience to her real estate practice. Born in Southern California, her journey took her to Hawaii and ultimately to Virginia Beach, where she spent more than fifteen years within the military community. Through years of relocations, deployments, and multiple home purchases and sales, Jaime developed a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical realities that come with military life and major transitions.

Previously licensed as a Realtor® from 2013–2016, Jaime stepped away from real estate to help launch and grow her family’s business, The Bee and the Biscuit, a beloved brunch spot in Pungo. Over eight years of running the restaurant, she honed skills in leadership, service, operations, and community building, lessons that now directly inform how she serves her real estate clients. While grateful for that chapter, Jaime ultimately returned to real estate to align her career with her long-term goals and strengths.

Having personally bought and sold six homes and managed long-term rentals, Jaime understands the pressure and opportunities involved in homeownership. She believes deeply in its power to create stability, equity, and long-term wealth.
