Julia Meier
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Julia Meier is a Coastal Virginia native through and through. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent six years as a cosmetologist specializing in nail art. That creative chapter was where she mastered the art of listening, building trust, and making sure her clients always felt completely taken care of. Moving into real estate was the perfect next step to bring that same dedicated, client-first energy to one of life’s biggest milestones.
What Julia loves most about the area is its incredible variety. She loves that you can catch a beach sunrise, grab lunch in Town Center, and unwind in the quiet, rural spaces of Pungo all in a single afternoon. Growing up here gives her a deep, local familiarity that she passes right along to her buyers and sellers.
