Katie Harding
Katie Harding brings a wealth of real-world moving experience and a genuine love for Coastal Virginia to the OWN Real Estate team. Originally from Minnesota, Katie spent years relocating across multiple states and even overseas to Singapore before calling Virginia Beach and Chesapeake home for the last 15 years. Having been through the process firsthand, she knows exactly how to take the overwhelm out of big transitions, helping her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Before turning her 20-year passion for real estate into a career, Katie attended college on a full tennis scholarship and worked as a merchant mariner on research vessels. She chose OWN for its forward-thinking culture and strong mentorship.
When she isn't helping clients find their perfect home, this proud mom of two is usually enjoying the local beaches, from the energy of the Oceanfront to the laid-back vibes of Chic’s Beach, or staying busy with photography, tennis, yoga, and live music.
