LEIGH ANA MILLIGAN

A few things to know about Leigh Ana is she has passion for helping and teaching others and thrives in high energy, complex environments. So it came as no surprise when she left her corporate job and launched herself into the world of real estate. Diving head first into real estate, she began her career working with a recognized Mega-Team in Virginia Beach where she learned all the in’s and out’s of her new role. During her first year, she won HRRA’s COE Rookie of the Year Award and sold nineteen houses in seven months. And from there things have only gotten better for Leigh Ana! This year, Leigh Ana has been awarded the COE Platinum Award, an achievement well deserved. “I got into real estate because I knew I was destined for something bigger and better than working 9 am – 5 pm building someone else’s legacy. I’ve now been in real estate for eight years, received my Broker’s License in 2018, and have several designations including, ABR®, MRP, and RENE. I’ve worked with several OWN agents over the years and have seen agents who I consider to be very successful recently join, so I wanted to see what it’s all about. OWN has created an environment where agents can grow and thrive in their business and live a balanced life—which is exactly what I want!” Outside of real estate, Leigh Ana has a passion for travelling and exploring new places with her husband. A goal of hers is to travel to all seven continents and this year she will hit her fifth—Africa!
