Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised right here in Virginia Beach, Marcus Wever loves the unique lifestyle of coastal Virginia. He especially appreciates experiencing all four seasons and having the ability to hit the beach and go for a scenic hike all in the same day. As a proud Navy Veteran, an active member of Tidewater Lodge #106, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Marcus brings a strong sense of service, loyalty, and community leadership to everything he does.

When he is not busy helping clients, Marcus loves spending quality time with his wife and two amazing children. You can often find them exploring local farmers' markets together or relaxing with a great book. He also brings a sharp, analytical mindset to the team, holding a bachelor's degree in Cyber and Network Security and IT Management from ECPI University. This technical background gives him a unique edge in today's digital housing market.
