Megan Daubert has proudly called Virginia Beach home for the past decade and brings creativity, leadership, and heart into her real estate practice. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Megan’s entrepreneurial spirit was shaped early through building an award-winning wedding planning business. She and her husband are raising three children, and she also serves as a worship leader at her local church, a role that reflects her love for community and meaningful connection.

Over the past eight years, Megan worked closely alongside her husband in his real estate business, supporting marketing strategy and client care. That behind-the-scenes experience gave her a strong foundation in the industry and a clear understanding of what clients need throughout the buying and selling process. Life ultimately led her to step fully into real estate herself, where she now combines experience with purpose.
