Ryan, originally from Suffolk, VA, brings years of experience as a registered nurse to her real estate practice. Her background in healthcare shaped her approach to client care, with a foundation built on advocacy, trust, and clear communication. Whether she’s guiding first-time buyers or growing families, Ryan’s goal is to make every step of the process feel supported, informed, and intentional.

Jay is a Virginia Beach native and a fourth-generation builder with over a decade of construction experience. He brings unmatched knowledge of home structure and local insight to the table, helping clients navigate their purchase or sale with confidence and clarity. His background allows him to see homes not just for what they are but for what they can be.

Together, Ryan and Jay are raising three energetic boys and love taking advantage of everything Coastal Virginia has to offer—from outdoor adventures to beach days with their family.
