SARAH CAVANAUGH

Born and raised in Chesapeake, VA, Sarah Cavanaugh currently resides in Moyock with her husband, son, and daughter. With a strong passion to help others and help others see and find the pure joy that homeownership provides—Sarah is excited to be joining the OWN family! Initially getting into real estate for personal investments, Sarah and her husband began investing in rental properties. Quickly learning real estate was a full-time career she wanted to pursue, she dove in head first and since then has never once looked back! When asked why she chose to join OWN, Sarah said, “I chose to join OWN because of the community of successful agents I had worked with. Each person I’ve encountered at OWN has truly been welcoming and like family. I’m eager to learn from some of the best and grow my business!” Outside of real estate, Sarah loves to go boating with her family and friends on the many waterways in VA and NC! In addition, she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the many local breweries in our area!
