SHAWNA HULEN

Shawna Hulen has energy that doesn't stop! We've even considered calling her the "Energizer Bunny" in the office. Despite how busy she is, she never turns down an opportunity to find a new friend. She genuinely loves connecting with people and pouring into their lives in meaningful ways. She has a long background of building connections, including writing and producing commercials for television and radio. Not surprisingly, she also has on-screen experience! Prior to starting in real estate, she also accomplished thirty years of sales experience and currently runs her own online boutique. Despite all of those roles, her proudest is being momma to her five children.
When asked why she wanted to add real estate to her resume, Shawna shared: "Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. I bought my first home at 22 and have since bought and sold four homes, rented a home in California, and served as a landlord myself. These personal experiences give me a well-rounded perspective—I understand the needs and emotions of buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. Over the years, I’ve learned both the qualities I admire in a real estate agent and those I aim to improve upon. I truly enjoy seeing the potential and beauty in every space, and I’m excited to help others find the same."
