About Shelly Schudel

I started off as an investor in 2008 and loved it so much in 2009 I obtained my VA & NC licenses. I knew I had found my calling and transitioned into residential sales, commercial sales and leasing. Having grown up in VB/NC, Shelly is quite familiar with serving the Southeast Virginia and Coastal North Carolina regions down through the Outer Banks. She loves how these are such family-friendly areas and that’s just the tip of the iceberg– there is so much diversity with so many opportunities for arts, entertainment, recreation and fun! Shelly loves where she lives and wants to help others find their happy place.
Shelly is currently raising twin daughters and has an adult son that lives locally. When she’s not out living the “real estate life,” she enjoys lazy days with her family at the beach, playing volleyball and riding bikes on the boardwalk, just to name a few of her favorite “Salt Life” activities. Shelly also loves watching and attending sporting events, and funny fact, wearing hats! She attended Regent University in Virginia Beach and majored in Psychology, which she believes serves her well navigating this business!
Having been married to a service member and understanding the more intricate aspects of a military move, Shelly has a special place in her heart for helping those in our armed forces. Shelly has been there and done that! She knows it can be overwhelming BUT not if you have her in your corner!
