Tre Powell

Born and raised in Suffolk and a James Madison University alum, Tre knows Coastal Virginia inside and out. With a professional background in residential construction and hospitality, real estate was a natural next step. This combination allows him to pair his understanding of how a home is built with a people first service style that keeps clients comfortable.

Tre joined OWN Real Estate for the collaborative culture, agent support, and systems to scale his business. Whether evaluating a property's structural potential or negotiating an offer, he provides practical know-how and straightforward communication. When he is not touring homes with clients, Tre enjoys Coastal Virginia by hitting the beach or checking out the local restaurant scene across the 757.
