Jessica Villanueva

 Jessica was born and raised in Miami, FL and moved to Coastal VA with her husband Regie, who is Active Duty Navy. She knows all about the PCS struggle, having traveled the four corners of the US- and even Guam! They love a good road trip to explore Virginia and experience all the things that make VA so special. Jessica and Regie love trying out local businesses here in HRVA and Jessica has really fallen in love with the laid back beach vibe the area offers. ⁠

Getting into real estate has been a goal of Jessica's for the last 10 years. She knows the feeling of dreaming of being a homeowner and then actually becoming one. She lives for that "WE DID IT! We own this!!" moment. She can't wait to share that same feeling with her clients.
